RECRUITMENT GUIDELINES
Beyond Borders Recruitment Process
Joining Beyond Borders is a selective process designed to identify individuals who demonstrate genuine commitment, intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to our work across Peace, Youth, Education, Humanitarian Action, and Advocacy.
With 70+ applications received each month and only 1–3 positions typically available, our recruitment process is highly competitive. Every application is reviewed carefully and individually by our recruitment team.
How Our Recruitment Works

Application Submission - Applicants must complete the application form in full and provide accurate and relevant information. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Eligibility Review - The Human Resources Department conducts an initial review of every application to determine whether the applicant meets the relevant eligibility requirements.

Applications that successfully meet the eligibility criteria are forwarded to the respective department for further consideration.

Shortlisting & Interview - Shortlisted applicants are invited to an interview. Due to the competitive nature of our recruitment, we interview approximately 30% of applicants, meaning that submission of an application does not guarantee an interview.

If you receive an interview invitation, congratulations. You have successfully progressed through the initial stages of our selection process.

Depending on the position, candidates may participate in one or a maximum of two interview rounds.

Final Decision - Following the completion of the interview process, applicants will normally receive a final decision within five working days.
